I’ve been meaning to bring this up for a while now… meaning no disrespect, but when I post a comment, there’s a ‘Notify me of new posts by email’ always checked and sometimes a ‘notify me of follow-up comments by email’ is available.
I get emails on a comment on a page when the ‘follow-up’ option is available and checked, but I haven’t seen any effect of using the ‘new posts’ option. Is this a site bug, or an inactive feature?
I honestly don’t know, I really need to pay someone to rummage around in my setups and figure out a lot of the weird shit that’s going on in it, like how the front page doesn’t update for a full day or two after posting a new comic page, etc. This WordPress install is so weird and buggy.
Ah, okay. Unfortunately, I don’t have any good contacts in this subject to recommend.
