Girl has bangs, boy does not.
We came to same observation.
It would appear they are, indeed, brother and sister, if you read the dialogue closely, you can find out that the girl has bangs, and is a speedster, and the boy does not have bangs, and is quite the climber.
Next thing the rascals will be IN the walls. Lol
