Sudden curiosity… does she have sensory awareness of both bodies, is there some level of consciousness-duplication, or is something else going on? I also noticed that sometimes they use “I/me” and other times “we/us” – do they alternate between self-perceiving as unified and self-perceiving as distinct?
Found this comic at the start of this month and I have to say, goddamn, this is one hell of a good story. I binge-read it all in a single night, then found some extra pages I’d missed on this site later. I’ve also come up with some questions relating to the world.
1. Was the planet as big as Earth before all the disasters? If not, how big was it?
2. If the sun is one of the balls that orbit what’s left of the world, what happened to the actual sun (the big ball of plasma that planets orbit)? Was it destroyed by the thing that’s been eating away at the universe?
3. If Hadalen magic is using essence for conjuration, what state of matter is the essence? Is it like wet sand in that it’s a mix of liquid and solid? Is it just a gas? Or is it something like oobleck where it’s a liquid, but it can turn solid under pressure?
Sorry for the long comment, I just find the physics of fantasy worlds to be interesting.
1: Nah, more like four times earth’s size originally.
2: The exact details of the world and its orbitals is hazy, but presumably they built the entire planet, or moved to it from somewhere else, as a means of supporting their digitized civilization, which requires stable conditions to function. Maybe their original sun went boomaroonies.
3: It’s more like a very floaty cloud of antimatter particles. So dust and echoes.
1. Wow, that’s big. Easily not too big for a rocky planet to support life, but they certainly had a lot to work with.
2. That would make sense. Finding a star with a clear habitable zone could be a bit too difficult.
3. Wait, but when in contact with regular matter, antimatter explo- *BOOM* I’ll just assume that Hadelen magic comes with a failsafe feature that prevents that from happening.
4. Ah, that makes sense.
I don’t know dark some people are not shown what happened to them. So it might be possible there’s more threats. (Example) you sometimes dont see some people stabbed or wounded so you don’t know what happened look at some of the bandits or slavers some don’t seem hurt or dead.
but it’s a open world she for some reason wants to know more about that weapon. But to be fair her world is like a type of world that if one is wronged all suffer kind of world. Maybe not as dark sounding though. Then again thankfully they never came across anyone and wrongd the wrong person. All hell would have broke loose when you think about it.
Are they stuck again…?
your tail is a bit wet there mis. you doing something with it? hmm?~
til’s race is called a varvarg breeder? or is that her occupation?
I think it is Race/Occupation… but I could be wrong.
Hey quick question…
Who created Vix?
There’s a lot of pandas it’s hard keeping track.
That one. She’s pretty specific, given there’s two of her.

Oh, and is the character’s name Lamb or Morgan? Or is one of those her last name?

Interesting on the weapon, but much more interesting observation on Til.
Miz is showing her age, by the trigger discipline that she is practicing
Yo I didn’t notice that but now that I see it I love it! Always a nice detail to see.
So there’s another threat. Hmm good to know
