I’m so used to see Mis as this pure fusion between wisdom, caring, love, lust, parentality and a touch of mischievousness, that it seeing her being genuinely wrathful just feels like straight nightmare fuel.
I am not sure if Mis was ever a slave, but she does care for every girl that comes under her care, immensely so. And remembering Morgan’s backstory I can see why she is so on edge. Also I think she feels she should go, but realizes that her place and role force her to stay at the temple, so Fen is who she sends. And she is angry over that as well possibly.

I’ve… never seen Mis’Alia do that, before!
I don’t like it!
To me it shows how worried she is.
I noticed were Rose’s hand was and think that is why Mis calmed as her wife used her powers to help her.
Can’t blame her. Slavers deserve to get nuked.
But probably a good idea to not die in the process of nuking the monsters.
And Fen can bring in some powerful back up nukes
Fen is the backup nuke…
Tactical Draconic Weapon.
Hmmmm my hunch my be right she’s hiding something
I think Mis might have the same issues with slavers as Morgan, or she really worried that Morgan might have bitten off more then she can handle
