They…moved the planet beyond the galaxy, didn’t they?
No black holes nearby, nothing to eat them (aside from the Vitrin core, obviously).
And we already established that the Solarin core servers as their sun.
Also, Fer, I made my first nsfw artwork a few days ago, and I want to know what you think about it! It’s not the best drawing you’ll ever see, I know, but I tried. You might also see some typed words in the background because I did it on a piece of scrap paper.
That is a PDF that’s on your hard drive, and not a link to anything I can access. You’ll wanna convert it to JPG and upload it to something you can link properly, like Dropbox or somesuch. Imgur works fine too. Or send it to someone on Discord and get a link from that.
i see. I’ll be gone for a few weeks for vacation so I’ll post a working link in the comments section on whatever page you have released by the time I get back.
I mean if they stuck – they all are going to die, it looks certainly so for me. But why would they stuck and run out of time? They have passed ages and they have ages to come. Why would they find no solution? To think, there are many possibilities: maybe there is no answer for the question, or maybe there is no mind yet that can stumble on right answer, or even maybe there is no mind yet that can fit right question which does have the answer.
What makes you think planets aren’t being devoured? And we already know that the stars near the center of galaxies with black holes are probably the first to disappear, spreading out from there. Eventually entire galaxies will be consumed.
Nothing makes me think there not I was just going by what read and saw galaxies possibly were and planets possibly as well it’s possible but if that’s the case many planets of life and galaxies would possibly die due to the black whole or rift whatever you would like to call it exsplains why they all feel like shit contributing to countless deaths but they can always come back with orb or liabray
I mean, planets are usually orbiting near stars, so odds are the planets are also being eaten. And the moons and every spec of dust and debris and anything that comes in range.. :p
Right I figured as much just was thinking about it while reading it and didn’t word it very well one things for sure that is a big black whole or rift thing is no one really knows what gos on inside them apart from basic info we know about them hmmmmmm I wonder would the ark be some how concerned to those planets too or at one point hmmm maybe not anyways you can see it In there faces they are feeling the heavy burden of guilt watching everything get grabbed up of course it’s why there trying to buy time to come up with solution i knew those so called distractions would cost them 😅 good stuff
Interesting that they’re able to watch the spread of the voids – it tends to suggest that they’re expanding at less than the speed of light. Unless this society has some sort of FTL sensor system?
They should point that technology into the dimensions occupied by the creature, to see if they can manage to find any new weaknesses.
I’m assuming that an FTL sensor system would be using warped subspaces to transceive (probably low frequency) light along spacetime, with the ‘time’ axis distorted to make the distance shorter? Technically slightly sending the signal backwards in time (hence the distortion on time)? Low frequency light might be impacted less by space-time distortion, though I’m not 100% set on that.
Have I found my people? Super-nerd Comic-reading Furries??!
The entity and its pattern of consumption kind of reminds me of false vacuum decay.

I can’t wait for the explanation on the other cores!
Wow this is getting good.

I can see where this is going.
I can not. What do you see?
They’re all going to die.
But they do have clone printers, mind backups, don’t they?
Yeah, but if they be able to copy themselves before the time ran off and don’t die.

Don’t think about it too much man. Let’s see what this story and our amazing Feretta holds for us!
Ok. I’ll try to. But the story makes me pretty frisky!
Yeah man I know that feeling. ^^
Many Stars got devoared but at least entire galaxy’s and planets didn’t that would be alot wourse then stars

Holy cow!

They do.
*Sigh* – Clarke’s Third Law again…
