I already said that and alot of people just decided not to believe the stuff from that chapter. and then i will laugh when they said i didn’t see that coming. oh well lol
The dragon did say everything so there is really no plot holes and the cube fills in the rest. The only thing it doesn’t fill in is fen’s mom. It would be funny if feretta makes fen’s real mom actually both of them. So both of them are her Mother and father.
Black hole isn’t black.
Black body radiates mostly in non-visible spectrum and therefore appears to be black while not being it – we simply can’t see the true colour of it.
Absolute black body – id est, body that radiates nothing – has no colour. It wouldn’t be black, nor white. You will see nothingness as it is – an absence of colour and texture, utterly undescribable and unimaginable. Though, due to supposedly biological nature of your colour receptors, what you see would be defaulted to colour they perceive upon receiving no input, with second layer of protection from instant insanity being your brain filling the void with random nonsense upon receiving “no input” signal from abovementioned optic receptors.
Well actually when you see black it’s because you aren’t seeing any color because all light is being absorbed by the object you you are perceiving hence black holes being black. White is the exact opposite, nothing is being absorbed so white would mean you’re seeing all colors at once. Default would be black. For example when it turns night and the darkness blinds you you see black not white. Same deal with a flashbang (not fun in real life btw) you see white because because the photosensors you were talking about are all triggered at once blinding you and everything would appear white. So your brain can perceive nothingness and the nothingness would mean that there is nothing for light to relect off of for it to hit your eyes. If it was nothingness it would appear black straight up black. Obviously this is a comic so nothingness might be the answer however realistically or scientifically no white is not nothing it csn sinpley be everything or something that simply reflects everything.
While I’ll agree on general points on relative blackness/whiteness you brought on – I’ll point also that “default option” being you seeing black in the absence of sensory output is precisely what I was talking about in the passage on “biological nature of your colour receptors”.
By the way – there are some (to my knowledge – anecdotal, mind you) evidences of people seeing black after flash-bang due to inversion of colour recognition patterns in brain due to extreme pain from sensory overload.
