I know this kinda destroys the whole “don’t talk to strangers on the internet thing” but just know that you have and amazing imagination and

So, one of the D&D books I own lets you take a power that is similar to what Fan is doing ( solid energy constructs) and iv been running the number in terms of what level she would have to be to pull something like this off without hurting herself… And I feel like I’m putting too much thought into this.
